Members of the forum benefit from Masterclasses and other training events which aim to ensure a widespread understanding of current threats and issues and to create a culture of transparency and open discussion.

The forum believes that it is important to understand the motivation of the fraudster, learn how to protect businesses and how best to ensure successful prosecution of fraudsters.

Supporting organisations include South Yorkshire Police, Yorkshire Forward, the Federation of Small Businesses and People United Against Crime, as well as local business leaders from Yorkshire and Humberside.

YHFF is designed as a 'non-profit' organisation, with its nominal membership fees being used to support workshops and training events.

Subscription to the forum allows access to the interactive "Bulletin Board" side of the Forum, where news items, comments and suggestions can be easily left by members, subject to moderator approval, for others to share.
